If there's one universal truth in life, it's that it can be unpredictable. Everyone experiences unexpected events that throw us off. Many Americans suffer from chronic neck and back pain - according to research, half of Americans over 18 develop musculoskeletal injuries that last longer than a year. These injuries often cause a range of mobility issues that make everyday tasks seem hard to do. The DRX9000: Relief from Chronic Back and Neck Pain

Are you sick of living day-to-day with long-lasting neck or back pain? Have you searched high and low for a safe and effective alternative to surgery? The DRX9000 may be the answer you're looking for.

Beloved by high-level athletes and even celebrities, this advanced medical device employs non-surgical spinal decompression therapy to treat painful conditions such as:

  • Bulging Discs
  • Herniated Discs
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Facet Syndrome
  • Sciatica
  • Arm Pain from Nerves in Your Neck

The DRX9000 is a device that has been approved by the FDA for treating herniated discs through spinal decompression therapy. This therapy works by applying equal amounts of pressure on your vertebral columns, which stretches your spine and creates a gap between spinal discs. This gap allows for better nutrient flow through your spine, which can help heal injuries gradually with regular treatment sessions. The DRX9000 also utilizes servo motors that rely on nested closed-loop feedback to customize therapy to your unique needs. By using DRX9000, you can often speed up your recovery by addressing your spinal disc issues ASAP.

No Harmful Medications Needed (Do we really need this paragraph or could we just mention it int he beginning about how it is a non-pharmaceutical method)

Perhaps the most significant advantage of the DRX9000 is that it provides a non-pharmaceutical method for relieving pain. With the opioid epidemic affecting the entire nation, many patients are reluctant to take prescription painkillers. The DRX9000 offers a secure and non-addictive alternative for pain relief that does not require medication.

During the course of the treatment, the patient will lie down on a specially designed table that is connected to the machine. The table will then be gently stretched as the machine creates negative pressure within the affected disc. This process will be repeated over a series of sessions, typically ranging from 20 to 30 sessions, depending on the patient's specific condition.

The DRX9000 treatment is considered to be safe and effective for many patients. It is designed to be gentle on the body, and patients usually experience little to no discomfort during their sessions. The machine is also equipped with advanced safety features, including sensors that can detect any sudden movements and stop the machine if necessary.

Experience Optimized Healing with LiteCureâ„¢ Low-Level Laser Therapy

After reading the headline above, you might be asking yourself, "Are lasers really used for physical therapy in cityname, state?" The answer to your question would be a resounding "Yes!" This advanced type of laser therapy harnesses the power of light through photobiomodulation (PBM), which is revolutionizing how patients heal and deal with pain.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a medical process that utilizes targeted light to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. By penetrating deep into the tissue, photons interact with mitochondria (the cellular powerhouses in your body) to increase energy production. This interaction triggers a biological cascade that leads to increased cellular metabolism. As a result, PBM can reduce pain, accelerate tissue repair, and enhance overall well-being.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a non-invasive and painless treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to stimulate healing and reduce pain. It works by penetrating the skin and tissues to promote cellular activity and increase blood flow, which in turn helps to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and accelerate the healing process.

LLLT has been shown to be effective for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, neuropathy, and more. It is a safe and gentle treatment option that can aid in regaining function and mobility from injuries, accidents, surgeries, and other conditions. That makes it a viable and trustworthy addition to your personalized physical therapy plan from NJ Sports Spine & Wellness.

LLLT has shown promising results for challenging conditions that other treatments can't match. Some of the most common conditions treated include:

Game Ready Ice Compression Therapy is an advanced treatment technique that combines the advantages of modern cryotherapy (ice therapy) with the proven benefits of compression therapy. This clinically proven, synergistic approach is widely used in sports medicine, physical therapy, orthopedics, and post-operative care to speed up recovery, alleviate pain and inflammation, and enhance rehabilitation.

The "cold" component of ice compression therapy helps nullify nerve-ending sensitivity, which provides pain relief. The extra compression gives you even more pain relief by reducing swelling and pressure on limbs and other body parts.

By improving lymphatic flow and enhancing blood circulation, compression therapy can help reduce swelling and edema, thereby improving your recovery process and simultaneously reducing pain and discomfort.

The concurrent use of cryotherapy and compression can enhance the body's innate healing mechanisms by reducing inflammation, mitigating tissue damage, and stimulating tissue repair.

Game Ready's combination therapy has been shown to be effective in improving joint flexibility and range of motion by promoting tissue healing. This treatment can be a great option for those looking to alleviate discomfort and improve overall joint health.

Ocean Township is One of 28 School Districts Expanding High-Quality Preschool This Year Through Increased State Funding

OCEAN TOWNSHIP – Governor Phil Murphy today visited Wayside Elementary School in Ocean Township to tour a new high-quality preschool program that benefitted from this year’s state funding increase of more than $68 million for early childhood education.

“For the very first time, Ocean Township schools are receiving direct state aid for pre-K, allowing for an expansion of full-day classrooms to serve our youngest learners,” said Governor Murphy. “Every dollar we invest in pre-K makes New Jersey a more affordable place for our middle-class and working families. Making this investment is how we maintain our position as a national leader in education and build a stronger and fairer economy that works for every family.”

As part of the preschool funding increase, the Governor’s Fiscal Year 2020 budget included $20 million in additional Preschool Education Aid to help 28 new school districts implement their early childhood education programs. This funding translates to approximately 1,450 additional seats statewide for children to attend a quality preschool program starting this month.

“New Jersey has always been a leader in early childhood education, but over the past few years we have experienced the greatest expansion of high-quality preschool that this state has seen in decades,” said Dr. Lamont O. Repollet, Commissioner of Education. “It’s heartening to see our efforts improve the programming offered in schools and improve so many young lives.”

Ocean Township received $586,772 in Preschool Education Aid this year, allowing it to add three full-day, high-quality preschool classrooms serving a total of 45 children. The district will continue to transition its half-day program to a full-day program in future years. The move to a high-quality preschool entails a transition to a full-day program with a certificated teacher, an aide, and small classes that are inclusive of children with special needs who have an individualized education program.

This year’s expansion of preschool funding to serve an additional 1,450 children comes as a part of the Governor’s initiative to invest in high-quality preschool while growing a stronger and fairer economy that works for every family. Since the Governor took office, more than 4,300 children in 64 school districts are enrolled in early childhood education.

“Early childhood education is one of the best investments we can make,” said Senator Vin Gopal. “When we give our kids a comprehensive educational foundation, we put them on the best foot forward for future success at school and in their careers. I was glad to join the Governor today to see just how impactful these investments have been for our children and our communities, and I’m excited to see how this funding will help the students and families of Ocean Township schools.”

“Research shows attending preschool helps students build the skills they need to help them succeed academically and socially throughout their school careers,” said Assemblyman Eric Houghtaling. “With this additional funding, more children in the Ocean Township school district will have access to preschool and its benefits. This important investment in our schools will help set our young students on a path to reach their fullest potential.”

“Before this school year, Ocean Township schools were only able to offer preschool classes to a very limited number of students,” said Assemblywoman Joann Downey. “I am thrilled Ocean was one of 28 districts selected to receive increased state aid to help expand its quickly growing program, and offer more children a chance to begin their education earlier. Investing in our schools will make our state’s education system more comprehensive and valuable for our students, building a strong foundation on which they can find success.”

“We are grateful to Governor Murphy and the Legislature for supporting early childhood education in order for our youngest learners to have the support they need in order to succeed,” said Ocean Township Mayor Christopher Siciliano.

- 2020 Business Remains Strong Amid COVID-19 -

EATONTOWN, N.J., April 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayside Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:WSTG) (“Wayside” or the “Company”), an IT channel company providing innovative sales and distribution solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire Interwork Technologies (Interwork), a technology distribution company, which will be integrated into Wayside’s Lifeboat Distribution business. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Interwork is a Toronto based value-added specialty distributor focused on cybersecurity, information management and network solutions in both Canada and the US. Interwork brings scale to Wayside with more than 20 new vendor partners, a network of approximately 2,500 value-added resellers (VARs) and an incremental increase in annual gross billings of approximately 10%.

Interwork President Joe Graci will now lead Lifeboat’s Canadian business with plans to integrate both companies’ Canadian operations, which Wayside anticipates will bring various cost synergies through the consolidation of sales, general and administrative expenses. Joe’s diverse industry experience and perspective will be a welcome addition to the Wayside management team.

“Interwork brings an exceptional team to Lifeboat with a very similar culture built on servicing clients with a differentiated, high-touch approach,” said Dale Foster, CEO of Wayside. “We have identified multiple near-term cost and revenue synergies; and given our limited overlap in customers and technology partners, we expect to actively cross-sell products and services across both organizations. We look forward to expanding our presence in Canada through Interwork’s network of VARs, and we expect this acquisition to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA, which will allow us to continue to accelerate growth and profitability on the heels of our record 2019 performance.”

Commenting on the acquisition, Interwork President Joe Graci stated: “Both Lifeboat and Interwork have carved out a unique and differentiated space in the market to help launch and develop emerging technology brands. Our team prides itself on delivering highly-responsive service levels and invests heavily in training and development to provide our partners with the expertise and support they need to grow their business. We look forward to integrating with the Lifeboat platform as we leverage one another’s deep relationships with technology partners and VARs across the U.S. and Canada.”

Although Lifeboat and Interwork have only three overlapping vendor partners, one of their top shared technology partners, Acronis, has endorsed the business combination. Patrick Hurley, general manager of North America for Acronis, commented: “Over the years, Acronis has built a long-standing and successful relationship with both Lifeboat and Interwork. We see significant value in the combination as both companies’ unique strengths can provide a best-in-class service that will grow our distribution network and expedite our go-to-market for new products. We look forward to working with the combined team and continuing to deepen our relationship.”

Outgoing Interwork Chairman and Partner at FirePower Equity, Anthony Lipschitz, commented: “We are excited for both parties and look forward to seeing the great things they will bring to the market for years to come, while remaining true to their core as a specialized distributor with high-touch customer focus.”

Wayside CEO Dale Foster continued: “With the announcement of this transaction, we are confirming the commitment to our strategic plan by accelerating growth through inorganic initiatives. This is the first acquisition by Wayside in over 25 years, and we will continue to capitalize on both organic and inorganic growth opportunities as we integrate our teams, launch new vendors and expand our market presence.

“Despite the uncertainty around COVID-19, we have been fortunate that our business has remained strong year-to-date. Our entire workforce is up and running remotely. We will continue to serve our customers during these unprecedented times and provide them with a broad range of technology solutions that help them go-to-market.”

Further information regarding the acquisition of Interwork is available on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2020.

Interested parties for distribution services and solutions should contact Lifeboat by phone at 1-800-847-7078 (US) or 1-888-523-7777 (Canada), or by email at sales@lifeboatdistribution.com.

By Wayside Well

Wayside Well, a New Jersey nonprofit incorporated in October 2019, is a 501c3 public charity. Wayside Well eases the homeless person’s journey with friendship. It exists in compassionate response to the plight of the homeless. Wayside Well aims to promote dignity and decrease hardship.

Chatham residents and Wayside Well board members, Kelly Loofbourrow and Catherine Marino, have joined with the nonprofit’s founder, Jane Devlin, to advance its mission.

Dignity isn’t contingent on one’s zip code or having a house key. Dignity’s residence should be within each of us and no one should be foreclosed from having dignity, including the homeless.

Aid and comfort are provided through small acts of kindness, benevolence, goods, and services. Wayside Well also wants to raise awareness of homeless persons, and enter into a shared fellowship with them. Wayside Well by design is small and personalized.

Easing the homeless journey isn’t about solving all problems. It’s about acknowledging buried deep under layers of filth and exhaustion, years of abuse growing up and addictions, humiliation and rejection, angry rantings and quiet hopelessness there still remains a human being. Wayside Well reminds the homeless person of that, by friendship.

The British poet, David Whyte, writes, “...the ultimate touchstone of friendship is not improvement, neither of the other nor of the self, the ultimate touchstone is witness, the privilege of having been seen by someone and the equal privilege of being granted the sight of the essence of another, to have walked with them and to have believed in them, and sometimes just to have accompanied them for however brief a span, on a journey impossible to accomplish alone”.

Here’s the story of Wayside Well told by its founder.

In December 2018, I was going through my seasonal decorations planning to donate some to a thrift shop. Among them were four small Christmas stockings. Unexpectedly, instead of donating them with the other items, I put them aside. I decided to fill them with a $10 Dunkin gift card, $5, a rosary, and a candy cane, then randomly distribute these holiday treats to folks in-need at “the Green”, or nearby, in Morristown, NJ. That was my only intent.

I gave one stocking to a person near a shelter, another to someone near a soup kitchen, and one to a fellow sitting on a bench. With one remaining, I wasn’t sure where to find the next recipient. The fellow on the bench had some plastic trash bags with his possessions next to him. Just as I was getting ready to depart I saw some movement and realized it wasn’t only bags on the bench, rather there was another homeless individual slumped desolately among the bags, barely recognizable as a person. It was sad. I gave him the last stocking. Distribution of the stockings complete, I left with no further intention in mind.

However, I couldn’t shake the thought of a person so slumped that he looked part of a heap of bags. So, I returned to that bench a few days later with coffee, sat, and got acquainted. Soon I met four more homeless, then eight, then twelve. Spending time with these folks allowed me to understand what I knew intellectually but now grasp on a deeper more personal level. For example, not all homeless can or will go into shelters. They are lonely. They lose their meager belongings near daily. They share among themselves. They feel futile. They feel bored. Some have no I.D. to access services. Not all can or do tap into resources. They can’t even begin to figure out how to fix their situation. Mostly, the homeless are cold and worn out.

The more I visited them on the bench the more I learned about their lives, past and present. The more I did the more I wanted to do, while at the same time realizing no amount of anything I could give was enough. By that point, I was aware from my homeless friends that a drop-in warming station was available to them if night temperatures reached below a frigid 25 degrees. Incredibly, of those I befriended only a few had a bed in an actual registered shelter; the majority were sleeping outdoors. The warming station was their sanctuary even if they just slept on the floor.

One day I was at an event where refreshments were served, and there were sandwiches leftover. Impromptu, I brought those extra sandwiches to the warming station, once more with no other intention than a quick drop-off. Once again my plans took a turn. There I met more homeless. I stayed and got acquainted. Again I realized nothing I could do seemed sufficient. Still again I knew I wanted to help even more. I got to know between 21-25 homeless persons. I visited the warming station weekly during winter 2019 bringing a little something for everyone each time. In February one fellow mentioned his birthday was upcoming. I brought a cake with candles and some special snacks. His was the first of now 17 birthdays celebrated which has become a Wayside Well tradition. Originally I said to myself I would just see them through those winter months, but by spring 2019 I remained connected by visiting at “the Green” and providing items needed in warm weather: water, fruit, bug spray.

“If you can’t feed a hundred, then feed just one” (St. Mother Teresa). Wayside Well’s mission isn’t about solving the complexity of homelessness. For me, it is about something that began by happenstance and now is intentional, namely I have gotten up close with those who are marginalized which has moved me to stand with the least and the lost, and help them more directly.

Some counter that the obstacles and challenges the homeless face, and their misery, are brought upon by their own poor choices over the years. Others note that’s why social service agencies exist, to deal with these problem people. While valuing essential agencies that offer services beyond our scope, it is worth noting a distinction. The homeless are their clients.

Wayside Well taps into something simple. Wayside Well has no clients. Wayside Well has friends who we aim to make an authentic connection with, by hearing with our hearts and seeing with our souls- some pass through once, others ongoing, none planned, all loved.

From those initial two guys on the bench, to the 90 homeless persons I met thereafter, and to the more who suffer homelessness or teeter between abject homelessness and precarious dwellings, Wayside Well tries to convey to each they matter and they are more than their homelessness. Consider homeless persons are frequently thrown out of nearly every venue because they don’t (can’t) make a purchase. They are shunned because they and their belongings look dirty and raggedy. Moreover, when they fall asleep in places like benches or the library they are seen as a menace. They are often mistaken for being drunk when many times they are just plain tired and exhausted. They are at the mercy of the weather - damp from the rain, on the verge of frostbite from the cold, and thirsty and sweaty from the heat. They are always on the go and they can never let their guard down.

The mission of Wayside Well is unpretentious, the offer of friendship with an eye toward restoring dignity. I sit with my homeless friends without hesitation and in the moment, much the same as any of us would do with any of our friends at any given point.

The notion that friendly visits - personalized, rooted in compassion, and simple by nature - could make a difference amid so much suffering has been humbling. Sometimes opportunities for compassion come our way and if we fail to see them as a gift to ourselves as well as to the person in-need then everyone is shortchanged. It confounds me, at age 65, for no apparent reason, I now find myself called to sit on a bench with the homeless wanting to help them. Every day, I am grateful for that opportunity.

Grace abounds. Together, the initial unplanned act of those Christmas stockings, the stirrings to visit at the warming station, and the compelling urge to “move forward, see where this goes” led to the formation of Wayside Well in 2019.

In addition to providing some basic goods to the chronic and episodic homeless, Wayside Well especially focuses on small quality of life kindnesses: celebrating birthdays, offering haircuts, laundromat services, social outings, and commemorating friendship visits in a “family” photo album to foster belonging. Wayside Well also responds charitably to persons who are at risk for recurring homelessness. This is what Wayside Well does and how it came about.

The name, Wayside Well, was inspired by the biblical story of the Samaria woman at the well who encounters Jesus (John 4:4-14). It is a redemptive story; the outcast finds understanding, mercy, and grace. When the homeless sojourn I hope they find that well of kindness along their way.

Be that kindness found. Please help Wayside Well shop for the friends’ needed goods. Seasonal and replacement items, along with sundries, are always sought. With no place to store or protect things, their scant belongings easily succumb to weather and the unpredictability of the homeless situation. Help advance Wayside Well’s purpose - to comfort and promote dignity. There is always a new need or a new homeless, and with that comes a new chance for friendship.

Seasoned trainer and breeder of border collies Gene Sheninger admits he didn't know what to do with the very tiny and sick border collie puppy in his hands.

He decided to name her Aine, but that's as far as he got.

Born last July in a litter of seven, Aine "would yelp" when the other puppies touched her, Sheninger said. Turns out she had hydrocephalus, also known as water on the brain. This is a very serious and life-threatening condition in dogs. Normally, a healthy border collie puppy would have been sold for around $1,000, but because of Aine's condition, Sheninger kept her for a while, then gifted her to friend Teri Rhodes of Hackettstown.

Aine, now six months old, not only defied the odds and lived, but has turned into somewhat of a sheep herding "prodigy" according to Sheninger and Rhodes.

At first Aine showed great promise just herding Sheninger's ducks and chickens, then her true gift was revealed. When border collies see sheep for the first time, they run straight at them, Sheninger said. They have to be trained to 'outrun' or run clear round them, but not Aine, she did it "almost perfect" her very first time out.

Aine has herding instincts in spades, Sheninger said. "It's extremely rare," he said. "I've never seen it in one of my dogs."

It also means Aine could be on track to be a champion in the sheep herding competition circuit.

"That's the plan," Rhodes said, adding that when possible she trains Aine five days a week with Sheninger.

Rhodes said Aine not only is a sheep-herding prodigy, but a little miracle who came into her life at the right time. Rhode said she was looking for a cause after the death of her husband and Aine was the perfect match.

Border collies, considered by many dog professionals to be the smartest breed, are also known for their high energy and need to "work."

"You can't just sit around if you own a border collie," Rhodes said. "They have to have a job."

Still the young dog has a long way to go to becoming a champion.

Outrunning is easy. By instinct border collies will herd sheep back to their masters. Harder is to teach them to drive the sheep, Sheninger said. Masters teach border collies to respond to both voice command and whistles to move the sheep in just about any direction. Sheninger demonstrated with a number of long and short whistles. One type has the dog moving right, another left, and so on until the sheep are headed in the right direction.

Sheninger said the movie "Babe" about a pig who avoids the slaughter house by learning how to herd sheep, is pretty close to what he does.

"That movie was pretty accurate," Sheneniger said. "Except that off camera there's border collies actually moving the sheep around. The pig was trained to follow the border collies."

During a recent visit to Sheninger's 50-acre property in Rockaway, Aine proved that border collies live to work. While obedient, her eyes never lost sight of the nearby flock of sheep. When unleashed, Aine begins her outrun and works to corral the sheep and bring them back to her master.

While nothing is a given, Sheninger said Aine has the ability to be top dog, or at least top herding dog. In another three years Aine may be ready for the world stage, he said.

Sheninger should know. In 2014, Sweet, his 7-year-old border collie, finished 20th in the world sheepdog trials out of the 244 dogs in the

contest. Sheninger and Rhodes said they are not ruling out the 2020 world championships, called sheepdog trials held every three years, for Aine.

"There's a saying it takes as many years to train a (herding) dog as it has legs," he said. However given Aine's seemingly innate talent she may be ready. He said he's basing this on his 30 years of training dogs.

Sheninger began to train dogs "out of necessity" after purchasing the 200-year-old Wayside Farm in 1982. A neighbor needed Sheninger’s sheep to graze his fields. When it was time for Sheninger to retrieve his flock, he said it took him all day, leaving him fatigued and exasperated. He acquired Nap, a 7-year-old border collie who was already trained and the rest, he said, is history.

Staten Island, Trenton blast Yankees' decision to abandon minor-league affiliates

NEW YORK – Both Trenton and Staten Island expressed feeling blindsided by the New York Yankees’ move to transfer minor league affiliates from those locations.

“We were unaware of the final decision and learned about it by reading the statement on Yankees social media,’’ the Staten Island Yankees said, in part, in a statement released Monday.

"We are shocked at the developments from this past weekend, and we believe what has happened to our organization is unacceptable.''

Earlier, Trenton Thunder owner Joseph Plumeri said in a statement that “we learned through the media’’ of the Yankees’ “calculated and ungracious maneuver to leave the urban setting of Trenton for the affluent confines of Bridgewater Township, leaving one of the finest facilities according to Major League Baseball without an affiliate.’’

Plumeri categorized the Yankees' actions as "nothing short of despicable.''

According to a Yankees official, both affiliations were told of the club’s decision prior to the formal announcement.

Exiting Trenton

Trenton had been the Yankees’ Class AA affiliate for 18 seasons, until the Yankees announced Saturday that the Somerset (Bridgewater, N.J.) Patriots would replace it.

According to a Yankees statement, Trenton would be offered Somerset’s previous membership in the independent Atlantic League.

"I'm not interested in consolation prizes,'' said Plumeri.

In a phone interview late Monday night, Plumeri said he was not given previous notice about problems the Yankees might have had with Trenton’s facility that could have been corrected in advance of the club’s decision.

“I’m not upset because the Yankees made a different decision,’’ Plumeri said. “I’m upset at the disingenuousness, about the calculated nature of this (decision)…and the fact that it’s preordained.

“I’m upset about the fact that they had issues they didn’t allow me to fix,’’ Plumeri said. “They told me there’s some things I can’t control, some things I can, and obviously they’re talking about the city. That’s what upsets me.’’

It’s Plumeri’s hope going forward that “we’ll get a Major League partner that respects and appreciates the diversity’’ of Trenton.

Exiting Staten Island

Staten Island served as the Yankees’ short season Class A affiliate since 1999.

In the new alignment, the Yankees’ high Class A Tampa affiliate will switch to low Single-A in 2021, with the Hudson Valley Renegades, in Dutchess County, N.Y., becoming the Yankees’ new high Single-A club.

In a restructured baseball farm system, The Prospect Development Pipeline is a newly formed collaborative between MLB and USA Baseball.

“We hoped to be a part of this new system,’’ said the Staten Island Yankees in their statement, adding that they “made every effort to accommodate MLB and the New York Yankees’ requirements, including securing a commitment from New York City for ballpark upgrades.

“However, MLB and the Yankees chose not to engage in any discussions with us.’’

Moving on

According to the Yankees, they are working with New York City officials to secure another team in the reconfigured Atlantic League for 2021.

There was no affiliated minor league baseball played in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and minor league contraction resulted from the expiration of MLB’s Professional Baseball Agreement with Minor League Baseball.

“Restructuring our minor league affiliations — especially with the additions of Somerset and Hudson Valley — gives us greater continuity to streamline and improve the development of our minor league system,” said Yankees general manager Brian Cashman in a statement released Saturday.

“The relationships we have formed with all of our teams will allow for a more consistent application of training with similarly aligned facilities in terms of structure, quality and ease of travel.''
