After searching for a DRX 9000 compression machine for my back issues, I came across this facility and made an appointment with Tony Ambrogio. In addition to my back pain, I was also dealing with positional vertigo, and I was fortunate that Elisa Di Zoe, an occupational therapist there, and a a vestibular therapy specialist, joined Tony during my session. From the moment I arrived, they listened attentively to my concerns, spent over an hour or longer answering my questions with patience, and work tirelessly to help me feel better after every visit. He truly cares and answers any questions you might have honestly, in my opinion , which shows his great compassion for what he does! Not only is the staff incredible, the facility is new and cleanly. I’d like to tell you about my experience. I had hurt my shoulder lifting. It was an overuse injury. I went to NJ Sports Spine and wellness in tears. I was in so much pain I could not bear it. They brought me in a private room with the head Chiropractor Tony Ambrogio and Elisa, an amazing OT. I told them what was going on, they immediately started treating and working on me. Tony carefully adjusted me and Elisa performed OT with deep tissue massage in the area. They also used a laser that penetrates deeply into the muscle to accelerate healing. I was required to attend physical therapy three times a week for four+ weeks. I will admit, hearing that was not ideal. However, as I continue going, feeling a difference in my pain, and gradually healing, I started to really enjoy it. Not only have they worked on my posture, they have strengthen the muscles around the affected area to relieve the strain and pain. The first week attending, I performed a strength test, about a month and a half later, I repeated the test and have increased my strength in all areas of my upper back and neck area. It has been about two months since I started going, and I can say I am currently pain-free. With the adjustments, the occupational therapy, and the physical therapy, I can say I am healed. Going forward, I am going to continue the exercises and stretches they have shown me to make sure that this never happens again. I have also been able to include certain exercises in my personal workouts that I previously needed to avoid that would have aggravated my neck and upper back. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. Like I said, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so nice, caring, and I can see them all go above and beyond for every patient. Even when I was sick with the flu, I received a phone call from my chiropractor Tony and my OT Elisa to check in on me. I can’t think of any other business that cares as much about their patients as NJSSW. Both Tony and Elisa are so easy to talk to, they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. On a side note, I have had to bring my three-year-old toddler with me on a few occasions. They were very accommodating, they offered and provided a private room. As you enter the Matawan location, you are greeted with a finely manicured carpet displaying the facility's logo. To the right are a set of glistening glass double doors that welcome you into the immaculate waiting room. Once inside, you could be lucky enough to encounter Ang, Amanda, or one of the many other ladies that inhabit the area behind the front desk. They will always welcome you with a smile, eagerly print out your receipt, or discuss the song verses that adorn their arms in case they ever forget the words. If you have to wait a few minutes for your treatment, you can treat yourself to reading the biography of many of the employees on the complimentary television screen. Once into the treatment area, you will be instantly whisked away to the exercise area where a host of professionals will guide you through your journey of rehabilitation. No matter who you get, you will be in good hands. Hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have Liam working the music. His playlist is second to none. Personally, my Occupational Therapists are Katelynn Bissett and Alyssa Bark. Two of the best in my opinion. I can't leave out Lindsey who I see once a week and has been terrific. 3 bulging discs and severe shoulder pain are things of the past thanks to these ladies. Okay, that's all I've got. I'd recommend to family and friends. The End.

The correct answer of "a lighthouse" was provided by contestant James Corson, a Maryland-based nuclear engineer.

The lighthouse in question isn't just any ol' lighthouse: the oldest operating lighthouse in the country is the Sandy Hook Lighthouse on the tip of the Sandy Hook peninsula at Gateway National Park.

Sandy Hook is located in Middletown, New Jersey and Middletown Mayor Tony Perry caught the moment the Jeopardy! answer about the famed landmark appeared on television.

As a beacon lighting New York harbor, Sandy Hook Lighthouse was hotly contested during the American Revolution. The lighthouse largely remained under Loyalist control and an encampment called Refugee Town sprung up around it.

Refugee Town drew free and formerly enslaved Black Americans, as well as poor white loyalists to the ad-hoc community.

Ghosts on the Coast detailed this fascinating bit of history in a social media video.

The Sandy Hook Lighthouse mention wasn't the only New Jersey-related aspect of the game show on Tuesday.

Contestant Harvey Silikovitz, a native of West Orange, made his Jeopardy! debut that evening.

Silikovitz ultimately won $23,600 on the show. He told host Ken Jennings that his appearance was a longtime dream. Silikovitz, who has Parkinson's, said he hoped his appearance would inspire others who are living with chronic illnesses.

As per Jeopardy!'s rules, Silikovitz will appear again on the show on Wednesday.

NBC News reports that on February 14, 2025, around 2,000 recently hired employees were fired at the U.S. Forest Service, and 1,000 jobs were slashed at the NPS.

One park ranger told NBC:

Fewer employees could mean long entry lines, dirty bathrooms, and potentially unsafe conditions for hikers and campers during the busy tourist season.

The Gateway National Recreation Area at Monmouth County's Sandy Hook falls under the National Parks Service umbrella.

This space is immense. It spans 27,000 acres from Sandy Hook to Breezy Point in New York City.

A mysterious boat spotted in New Jersey waters has sparked a federal investigation to unveil the vessel's origins.

The 32-foot 1984 Bayliner cabin cruiser landed by the head of the Shrewsbury River in Sandy Hook on Monday morning, authorities told the Asbury Park Press.

Several people reported seeing the boat floating through the frosted-over Sandy Hook Bay - unmanned with damage to its port side and mooring line - over the weekend.

Authorities finally got involved Monday at around 10 am when a law enforcement ranger was called to the abandoned vessel washed up on the shore near the Gateway National Recreation Area.

The National Park Service (NPS) and the US Coast Guard are working together to get to the bottom of the unattended New York-registered cruiser called the 'Linda T.'

'There is an open investigation into the circumstances of the vessel’s grounding,' NPS spokesperson Daphne Yun told the Asbury Park Press.

'The National Park Service is working with the U.S. Coast Guard to safely remove the vessel.'

Coast Guard Petty Officer Second Class Sydney Phoenix told the outlet: 'Though there has been no pollution reported from this vessel yet, our primary focus is removing any threat of future pollution of oil or hazardous substances to the marine environment now that the vessel is aground in the sand.'

'First drones, and now ghosts ships. I love NJ!,' One man said, reacting to the bizarre discovery on Facebook.

The Sandy Hook boat investigation comes several months after an enormous $250 million superyacht was spotted in the San Diego harbor.

Although this discovery did not spark any federal involvement, it certainly caused a stir online - with Redditors speculating about where the boat came from and who owned it.

The luxury boat had already been docked for months, when one Reddit user posted a photo of it and asked if anyone knew anything about it.

The user claimed the massive vessel was worth millions and could accommodate 12 passengers.

But his fellow Redditors were quick to piece together the information, identifying the 388-foot ship as the Liva O, which was built by renowned shipbuilder Abeking & Rasmussen last year.

It is equipped with two 2200 kW electric propulsion motors, as well as two 2240 kW Caterpillar main generators and three 599kW Caterpillar auxiliary generators, the ship builder announced at its launch.

Among its many amenities is a so-called Neptune lounge, which offers an underwater view, a 12 x 4 meter pool, a fully-certified helicopter lounge and a large marble-clad fireplace.

'I wanted this boat to be timeless, elegant, pure, thine, classic, contemporary with a large amount of outdoor space to be immersive with the surround landscape,' designer Joseph Dirand said.

Another Reddit user claimed that the ship is owned by Stephen Orenstein, whose father founded the Supreme Group - an overseas supplier of food and fuel for defense forces during wartime.
