Many Americans suffer from chronic neck and back pain - according to research, half of Americans over 18 develop musculoskeletal injuries that last longer than a year. These injuries often cause a range of mobility issues that make everyday tasks seem hard to do. The DRX9000: Relief from Chronic Back and Neck Pain

Are you sick of living day-to-day with long-lasting neck or back pain? Have you searched high and low for a safe and effective alternative to surgery? The DRX9000 may be the answer you're looking for.

Beloved by high-level athletes and even celebrities, this advanced medical device employs non-surgical spinal decompression therapy to treat painful conditions such as:

  • Bulging Discs
  • Herniated Discs
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Facet Syndrome
  • Sciatica
  • Arm Pain from Nerves in Your Neck

The DRX9000 is a device that has been approved by the FDA for treating herniated discs through spinal decompression therapy. This therapy works by applying equal amounts of pressure on your vertebral columns, which stretches your spine and creates a gap between spinal discs. This gap allows for better nutrient flow through your spine, which can help heal injuries gradually with regular treatment sessions. The DRX9000 also utilizes servo motors that rely on nested closed-loop feedback to customize therapy to your unique needs. By using DRX9000, you can often speed up your recovery by addressing your spinal disc issues ASAP.

No Harmful Medications Needed (Do we really need this paragraph or could we just mention it int he beginning about how it is a non-pharmaceutical method)

Perhaps the most significant advantage of the DRX9000 is that it provides a non-pharmaceutical method for relieving pain. With the opioid epidemic affecting the entire nation, many patients are reluctant to take prescription painkillers. The DRX9000 offers a secure and non-addictive alternative for pain relief that does not require medication.

During the course of the treatment, the patient will lie down on a specially designed table that is connected to the machine. The table will then be gently stretched as the machine creates negative pressure within the affected disc. This process will be repeated over a series of sessions, typically ranging from 20 to 30 sessions, depending on the patient's specific condition.

The DRX9000 treatment is considered to be safe and effective for many patients. It is designed to be gentle on the body, and patients usually experience little to no discomfort during their sessions. The machine is also equipped with advanced safety features, including sensors that can detect any sudden movements and stop the machine if necessary.

Experience Optimized Healing with LiteCureâ„¢ Low-Level Laser Therapy

After reading the headline above, you might be asking yourself, "Are lasers really used for physical therapy in cityname, state?" The answer to your question would be a resounding "Yes!" This advanced type of laser therapy harnesses the power of light through photobiomodulation (PBM), which is revolutionizing how patients heal and deal with pain.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a medical process that utilizes targeted light to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. By penetrating deep into the tissue, photons interact with mitochondria (the cellular powerhouses in your body) to increase energy production. This interaction triggers a biological cascade that leads to increased cellular metabolism. As a result, PBM can reduce pain, accelerate tissue repair, and enhance overall well-being.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a non-invasive and painless treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to stimulate healing and reduce pain. It works by penetrating the skin and tissues to promote cellular activity and increase blood flow, which in turn helps to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and accelerate the healing process.

LLLT has been shown to be effective for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, neuropathy, and more. It is a safe and gentle treatment option that can aid in regaining function and mobility from injuries, accidents, surgeries, and other conditions. That makes it a viable and trustworthy addition to your personalized physical therapy plan from NJ Sports Spine & Wellness.

LLLT has shown promising results for challenging conditions that other treatments can't match. Some of the most common conditions treated include:

  • Muscle Pain
  • Pain from Tendinopathy
  • Osteoarthritis Pain
  • Swollen Joints
  • Myofascial Pain
  • Back and Neck Pain

 Sciatica Pain Therapy Manalapan, NJ

Game Ready Ice Compression Therapy is an advanced treatment technique that combines the advantages of modern cryotherapy (ice therapy) with the proven benefits of compression therapy. This clinically proven, synergistic approach is widely used in sports medicine, physical therapy, orthopedics, and post-operative care to speed up recovery, alleviate pain and inflammation, and enhance rehabilitation.

The "cold" component of ice compression therapy helps nullify nerve-ending sensitivity, which provides pain relief. The extra compression gives you even more pain relief by reducing swelling and pressure on limbs and other body parts.

By improving lymphatic flow and enhancing blood circulation, compression therapy can help reduce swelling and edema, thereby improving your recovery process and simultaneously reducing pain and discomfort.

The concurrent use of cryotherapy and compression can enhance the body's innate healing mechanisms by reducing inflammation, mitigating tissue damage, and stimulating tissue repair.

Game Ready's combination therapy has been shown to be effective in improving joint flexibility and range of motion by promoting tissue healing. This treatment can be a great option for those looking to alleviate discomfort and improve overall joint health.

MANALAPAN, NJ — As the township marks its 175th anniversary, organizers say this Manalapan Day will be "bigger and better than ever" - and with lots of music.

The Trammps will headline Manalapan Day this year, set for Saturday, June 17, the Manalapan Arts Council and Manalapan Township said.

The Trammps were an integral part of the Sound of Philadelphia in the 1970s, known for many classic hits, including their No. 1 "Disco Inferno," in “Saturday Night Fever,” organizers say.

Manalapan Arts Council Chairman Marty Gelfond said great music is a hallmark of Manalapan Day: “Our goal to bring to Manalapan living legends of music from the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties continues now with The Trammps, following previous amazing outdoor shows."

The daylong celebration will also feature music from local bands, performances by local dance groups, and others on two stages. Look for the steel-pan ensemble The ManalaPANS, for example, organizers say.

There are games, food and exhibits from a midway full of vendors. Plus there are carnival rides and a petting zoo kids can enjoy.

And stay long enough for the fireworks, the town reminds visitors.

“Thanks to our truly dedicated and phenomenal MAC volunteers and sponsors, Manalapan Day allows our town to give back to our residents, and this is why Manalapan is such a great place to live,” Manalapan Mayor Susan Cohen has said, adding that no taxpayer money is used for the event.

Manalapan Day will be held Saturday at the Manalapan Recreation Center, Route 522 and Taylors Mill Road from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., with rides for younger children opening at 2 p.m.

The Manalapan Day tradition of free parking and free admission continues.

The master of ceremonies for Manalapan Day since 2008 is New York and New Jersey radio personality Tommy G, who will also host “Trivia with Tommy G” with radio news reporter Jeff McKay at the Main Stage, giving visitors chances to win prizes.

Manalapan history

And the occasion of the 175th anniversary of the township is a chance to look into the history of what became Manalapan in 1848.

The township website has a slideshow of historic photos of town buildings and people, such as young pupils at the Tennent School, now a private residence.

There is, of course, the famous Battle of Monmouth of the Revolutionary War that was fought here on June 28, 1778, involving 30,000 British and Continental troops, according to the township history.

On the two hundredth anniversary of the Battle, in 1978, the State opened the 1,520 acre Monmouth Battlefield State Park. Eighty percent of the Park is in Manalapan Township. A re-enactment of the Battle of Monmouth is held annually on the nearest date to June 28.

The town online history by Lydia Wikoff says Manalapan was originally a farming community, and the population grew slowly as farms were handed down in families. From 1960, the population grew as developers bought farms and built houses.

The township history recommends two books for more history of Manalapan. “Manalapan in Three Centuries” was written by James S. Brown in 1991, and the "Images of America” series features “Manalapan and Englishtown,” written by Richard J. Dalik and published in 1998.

MANALAPAN-ENGLISHTOWN, NJ — The American Legion Molly Pitcher Post #434 last year announced the "triumphant return" of the traditional Memorial Day parade in 2022 after COVID postponements.

But residents of the area won't be seeing a parade for 2023, Post #434 Commander Jorge Irizarry said this week.

The 75-year-old parade was a tradition in Manalapan, where the post is located, and in the borough of Englishtown.

The parade returned in 2022 with the cooperation of the post, Englishtown Borough's Community Development Committee, Manalapan Township, first responders in Englishtown and Manalapan and various civic organizations, according to announcements last year.

The parade had been a joint effort between the two municipalities, but it didn't work out this year.

Mayor Susan Cohen of Manalapan explained the township's plans in a statement:

"Manalapan Township, in conversation with the Manalapan Veteran Affairs Advisory Committee, decided to hold its annual ceremony at the Veterans Walk of Honor at 11 a.m. on Memorial Day. This ceremony is more solemn and less strenuous on our aging veteran community. The earlier start time has been found to be easier on the veterans," she said.

"This is the same style of ceremony that we held during the pandemic restrictions of 2020-21. The decision to have or not to have a parade was made by others, not Manalapan Township. We were always invited to participate by Englishtown Borough, as the parade has never been organized by Manalapan Township," Cohen said.

"The American Legion has been invited to participate in this year’s Manalapan’s ceremony, as well as Englishtown residents and anyone who wants to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice," Cohen said.

Irizarry said the post will finalize its own plans soon for a service.

"Our organization's just going to do its own little ceremony," he said. Irizarry said he is an Army veteran of the Iraq War.

The post event is expected to take place on Monday, May 29, Memorial Day. Details and time are still being worked out, Irizarry said, and he expects to post information on the post's Facebook site.

The parade normally started at the Veterans Monument at Manalapan Town Hall, then went to the Veterans Monument at Englishtown Borough Hall and circled back to Post #434 at 11 Sanford Court, according to last year's parade route.

MANALAPAN, NJ — The Trammps will headline Manalapan Day this year, set for Saturday, June 17, the Manalapan Arts Council and Manalapan Township said.

The Trammps were an integral part of the Sound of Philadelphia in the 1970s, known for many classic hits, including their No. 1 "Disco Inferno," in “Saturday Night Fever,” organizers say.

And as the town marks its 175th anniversary, organizers say this Manalapan Day will be "bigger and better than ever" - and with lots of music.

It's not too early to start planning for the event: Vendor forms for participants should be available on or about April 3, the township says.

Manalapan Arts Council Chairman Marty Gelfond said great music is a hallmark of Manalapan Day:

“Our goal to bring to Manalapan living legends of music from the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties continues now with The Trammps, following previous amazing outdoor shows," he said in a news release.

He said past shows included Mickey Dolenz from the Monkees, David Cassidy from the Partridge Family, The Spinners, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, The 5th Dimension, and Jay and The Americans.
