I went to NJ Sports Spine and wellness in tears. I was in so much pain I could not bear it. They brought me in a private room with the head Chiropractor Tony Ambrogio and Elisa, an amazing OT. I told them what was going on, they immediately started treating and working on me. Tony carefully adjusted me and Elisa performed OT with deep tissue massage in the area. I will admit, hearing that was not ideal. However, as I continue going, feeling a difference in my pain, and gradually healing, I started to really enjoy it. Not only have they worked on my posture, they have strengthen the muscles around the affected area to relieve the strain and pain. The first week attending, I performed a strength test, about a month and a half later, I repeated the test and have increased my strength in all areas of my upper back and neck area. It has been about two months since I started going, and I can say I am currently pain-free. With the adjustments, the occupational therapy, and the physical therapy, I can say I am healed. Going forward, I am going to continue the exercises and stretches they have shown me to make sure that this never happens again. I have also been able to include certain exercises in my personal workouts that I previously needed to avoid that would have aggravated my neck and upper back. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. Like I said, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so nice, caring, and I can see them all go above and beyond for every patient. Even when I was sick with the flu, I received a phone call from my chiropractor Tony and my OT Elisa to check in on me. I can’t think of any other business that cares as much about their patients as NJSSW. Both Tony and Elisa are so easy to talk to, they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. On a side note, I have had to bring my three-year-old toddler with me on a few occasions. They were very accommodating, they offered and provided a private room. Elisa even played with my son in between her clients in order for me to perform my exercises without a distraction. The team there goes above and beyond. Even staff that I have not personally worked with greet me by name and assist as needed. The front desk staff is always friendly and very accommodating with booking appointments and rescheduling if need be.

Let's start at the beginning. The parking lot always has spots available, even on the busiest days at the busiest times. The pavement is smooth and the parking spots are clearly marked... As you enter the Matawan location, you are greeted with a finely manicured carpet displaying the facility's logo. To the right are a set of glistening glass double doors that welcome you into the immaculate waiting room. Once inside, you could be lucky enough to encounter Ang, Amanda, or one of the many other ladies that inhabit the area behind the front desk. They will always welcome you with a smile, eagerly print out your receipt, or discuss the song verses that adorn their arms in case they ever forget the words. If you have to wait a few minutes for your treatment, you can treat yourself to reading the biography of many of the employees on the complimentary television screen. Once into the treatment area, you will be instantly whisked away to the exercise area where a host of professionals will guide you through your journey of rehabilitation. No matter who you get, you will be in good hands. Hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have Liam working the music. His playlist is second to none. Personally, my Occupational Therapists are Katelynn Bissett and Alyssa Bark. Two of the best in my opinion. I can't leave out Lindsey who I see once a week and has been terrific. 3 bulging discs and severe shoulder pain are things of the past thanks to these ladies. Okay, that's all I've got. I'd recommend to family and friends. The End.

The Rockets have three starters returning from a team that went 9-17 last season. One of those starters, senior guard James Dillon, played only 16 games as a junior before an ACL injury sidelined him in mid-January.

Dillon averaged 6.3 points and 2.3 assists a game before going down. He'll be joined in the starting lineup by returning senior forward Ian Mullan and junior swingman Eric Berg.

Mullan led Raritan in scoring with 10.3 points a game and he pulled down 4.2 rebounds a game. Berg averaged 6.0 points last year.

Sophomore guard Mario Diamantis showed a lot of promise in his freshman season on the varsity, averaging 7.8 points and leading the Rockets in 3-pointers with 43. Senior forwards Anthony Fazioli and Connor Lee both saw time as reserves last season.

Third-year head coach Marc Rosner will also have senior guard Anthony Barone, junior guard Jack Sorrenti, junior swingman Brennan Spengler and sophomore forward Aidan Mehmeti to call upon.

Following the opening game against Lacey, Raritan will host Freehold Borough on Dec. 19. The Rockets will be participating in the Joe Pepe Holiday Tournament at Jonathan Dayton High School in Springfield after Christmas.

Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:2524.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.

The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Township. The Township Committee shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.

14 Johnson Avenue This home, featured on ABC's The Great Christmas Light Fight, has thousands of dazzling lights, hundreds of plastic figures, inflatables, and more to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network of Mountainside, NJ. No parking is allowed on Johnson Avenue; try Broadway and walk to the display.

Forrest Trail Circle Interesting and familiar animations are projected onto this home in this unique and popular display set to music.

1326 Laurel Ave This holiday display includes scenes from movies like "Home Alone" and "The Nightmare Before Christmas," Santa's cabin, and a North Pole post office. The synchronized projection show runs nightly from 5pm-10pm, and visitors can tune in to 88.9 FM to experience the soundtrack from their cars.

704 Belmar Plaza (Connelly-Campion-Wright Building) This two-night-only show takes place on Saturdays December 13 and 20, 2025, with shows slated for 6pm. Suggested donations are $25 for a family of four and $10 for an individual. Donations support RallyCap Sports, a charity that sponsors sports programs for children with disabilities.​

3 Bauer Avenue This show draws tons of fans yearly to see two dozen inflatable decorations and more than 75,000 lights. Cars must park on side streets and walk to the display. Viewers can walk through the walkway back to the street. Note: There is no parking on Laurel or Bauer.

13 Garrett Place Take it all in! There are lots of lights and lighted figures to lift your spirits and usher in holiday cheer at this two-story house that's practically wrapped in Christmas lights.

11 Hudson Avenue This cheery corner has tons of lights and inflatables, many of which are larger than life. In years past, the home was adorned with enormous Blues Clues characters and a 30-foot-tall SpongeBob!

201 Hamilton Boulevard Set to 30 minutes of music, this house glows with a rainbow of lights and highlights the story of Christmas. The show runs from 5-9pm nightly. Select weekends feature additional activities during the show, including cookies, crafts, a photo booth, and more. Donations are accepted to support the First Baptist Church of South Plainfield, where Jesse Nietzer works.

1 Carlson Court This home has more than 30,000 dancing lights and four singing Christmas trees. All the lights are synchronized to six songs for a show that is about 20 minutes long. The homeowners collect donations for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.​​​

11 North Island Road Tune your radio to 87.9 FM and check out this awesome display with tons of light synced to a diverse soundtrack of songs starting nightly at 5pm.

12 Snyder Drive There will be sparkling lights everywhere you turn at this display, with all the lawn figures creating a magical scene.

184 Yellowbank Road Lights dance to the music at this whimsical, magical display, which runs nightly through Sunday, December 28, 2025. Donations are accepted in the silver mailbox and go to The Children's Hospital.

182 Porchtown Road See a beautiful display of programmed, twinkling lights that dance to music played over the radio. Donations are appreciated for Toys for Tots and the local food bank.

34 Harness Lane This light show is on the smaller side, but features a fantastic, synchronized music and lights display that runs in a continuous loop that starts around sundown.

Apollo Drive Tune your radio to 88.9 FM to watch this magical musical light display light up the night.

36 Hiawatha Road Come to this home and see more than 1,000 blow-molded Christmas decorations, scene set-ups, and tons of lights filling every corner of the property. The family hosts a walkthrough scavenger hunt of the display, if your kids would like to get up close and personal with this fantastic display that has some unique things, like larger-than-life Mickey characters in display windows. You might even get to meet Santa in his workshop.
