I highly recommend NJ Sports Spine And Wellness in Morganville, New Jersey. From the very start I have had an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only is the staff incredible, the facility is new and cleanly. I’d like to tell you about my experience. I had hurt my shoulder lifting. It was an overuse injury. I went to NJ Sports Spine and wellness in tears. I was in so much pain I could not bear it. They brought me in a private room with the head Chiropractor Tony Ambrogio and Elisa, an amazing OT. I told them what was going on, they immediately started treating and working on me. Tony carefully adjusted me and Elisa performed OT with deep tissue massage in the area. They also used a laser that penetrates deeply into the muscle to accelerate healing. I was required to attend physical therapy three times a week for four+ weeks. I will admit, hearing that was not ideal. However, as I continue going, feeling a difference in my pain, and gradually healing, I started to really enjoy it. Not only have they worked on my posture, they have strengthen the muscles around the affected area to relieve the strain and pain. The first week attending, I performed a strength test, about a month and a half later, I repeated the test and have increased my strength in all areas of my upper back and neck area. It has been about two months since I started going, and I can say I am currently pain-free. With the adjustments, the occupational therapy, and the physical therapy, I can say I am healed. Going forward, I am going to continue the exercises and stretches they have shown me to make sure that this never happens again. I have also been able to include certain exercises in my personal workouts that I previously needed to avoid that would have aggravated my neck and upper back. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. Like I said, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so nice, caring, and I can see them all go above and beyond for every patient. Even when I was sick with the flu, I received a phone call from my chiropractor Tony and my OT Elisa to check in on me. I can’t think of any other business that cares as much about their patients as NJSSW. Both Tony and Elisa are so easy to talk to, they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. On a side note, I have had to bring my three-year-old toddler with me on a few occasions. They were very accommodating, they offered and provided a private room. Let's start at the beginning. The parking lot always has spots available, even on the busiest days at the busiest times. The pavement is smooth and the parking spots are clearly marked... As you enter the Matawan location, you are greeted with a finely manicured carpet displaying the facility's logo. To the right are a set of glistening glass double doors that welcome you into the immaculate waiting room. Once inside, you could be lucky enough to encounter Ang, Amanda, or one of the many other ladies that inhabit the area behind the front desk. They will always welcome you with a smile, eagerly print out your receipt, or discuss the song verses that adorn their arms in case they ever forget the words. If you have to wait a few minutes for your treatment, you can treat yourself to reading the biography of many of the employees on the complimentary television screen. Once into the treatment area, you will be instantly whisked away to the exercise area where a host of professionals will guide you through your journey of rehabilitation. No matter who you get, you will be in good hands. Hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have Liam working the music. His playlist is second to none. Personally, my Occupational Therapists are Katelynn Bissett and Alyssa Bark. Two of the best in my opinion. I can't leave out Lindsey who I see once a week and has been terrific. 3 bulging discs and severe shoulder pain are things of the past thanks to these ladies. Okay, that's all I've got. I'd recommend to family and friends. The End.

Super Bowl 2025 Free Food & Deals

7-Eleven: You can get buy one, get one free large pizzas, as well as get $20 off orders of $30 or more when you use promo code BIGGAME at checkout. Plus, if you’re ordering beer, you can get $5 off select 18- to 24-packs.

Here are 9 of the best National Pi Day deals you can snag now, according to USA Today, The Pioneer Woman, CNET and the respective restaurants themselves:

7-Eleven: Get a whole pizza for $3.14 at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations. If you’d prefer delivery, you can order through the 7Now Delivery app on March 14.

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and Wings: You can get 31.4% off a large, 16-inch pizza on Friday when you dine in.

Blaze Pizza: Customers can buy one 11-inch pizza and get a second pizza of equal or lesser value for $3.14 on March 14. These patrons will receive a coupon in the Blaze Pizza app for another BOGO offer at the end of the month.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse: Customers, who dine in, can get a regular, full-size Pizookie for $3.14 when they buy one.

Burger King: Customers who spend $3.14 or more on Pi Day can get a Hershey’s Sundae Pie for free at participating locations. However, you have to be a Royal Perks member to qualify for the deal.

California Pizza Kitchen: When CPK Rewards members make an order of $25 or more for dine-in, takeout or delivery, they can get an Original BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni or Traditional Cheese pizza for $3.14.

DoorDash: If you order from DoorDash, you can get $6 off on orders of $30 or more at Pizza Hut and $7 off orders of $25 or more at Sbarro. If you are a DashPass member, you’ll get $8 off at Sbarro instead.

NJ Transit and a union representing the agency’s locomotive engineers announced a tentative agreement that will resolve a yearslong contract dispute that threatened to boil over into disruptive strikes later this month.

Officials revealed few details about the agreement when they announced it Monday, and the accord must still be ratified by members of the New Jersey Transit Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, the agency, and Gov. Phil Murphy.

“We believe this agreement not only reflects NJ Transit’s commitment to fairness, efficiency, innovation, and long-term financial sustainability — but it ensures uninterrupted rail service for the 100,000 people who depend on it,” NJ Transit CEO Kris Kolluri and BLET general chairman Thomas Haas said in a joint statement.

They said the agreement “provides a reasonable wage increase for BLET members” and resolves a separate dispute and grievance. A spokesperson for the union did not immediately return comment.

The deal was first reported by northjersey.com.

The locomotive engineers’ contract has been expired since late 2019, and negotiations have stalled for years over a wage dispute.

NJ Transit sought to increase the engineers’ pay in line with the agency’s other bargaining units, a practice called pattern bargaining, but engineers argued their pay should reflect that of train engineers at other transit agencies and account for locomotive engineers’ strict training and stressful work environment.

Union officials credited Kolluri, who took helm of the agency on Jan. 16, for helping to bridge the impasse.

“Having the new NJ Transit President & CEO Kris Kolluri at the bargaining table brought a new perspective to the issues that were in dispute. With his assistance, we were able to reach a tentative agreement worthy for the membership to vote on,” said BLET national vice president James Louis.

The agreement, reached on March 6 and announced Monday, is set to avert a disruptive transit strike that would have snarled trains across the agency’s rail lines as early as March 22.

Because rail strikes can significantly disrupt commerce, they are subject to greater regulation than job actions in other industries.

The federal Railway Labor Act sets the process for those negotiations, and it would have allowed the union to begin striking after a final 60-day cooling off period that ended on March 22. But the tentative deal does not altogether foreclose the chance of a job action.

The union’s members will vote on whether to ratify the contract next month, and NJ Transit’s board will weigh the deal at its first meeting following that ratification. If they approve it, Gov. Phil Murphy has 10 days to veto the agreement.

The union could strike if the board or governor move to block the agreement, subject to a 30-day cool off period.

A strike at NJ Transit would be the first in more than 40 years.
